【Theme】Embrace Nature

【Painting】
· Painting Size: A3(297x420mm) or A2(420x594mm) size
· Flat painting in White paper
· Any form of collage (including glitters) or computer drawings are not accepted
· The entry must be an original art work and not duplicated from any other artworks
· No limitation on mediums and painting methods
· To be drawn and completed by the participant
· Paintings shall not be framed and should not be folded or curled while sending in
· Marks will be deducted if the artwork does not comply with painting format

【Mobile Photography】
· Photographs can be taken with any mobile phone.
· Three entries per person can be submitted.
· The digital size muse between 1-3MB.
· The photo has not been published in any public places, includes but not limited to personal social accounts.
· Photos can be edited by basic post-processing. Collage, retouch, filter or computer drawings are not accepted
· The organizing committee may require participants to present original image files for verification. Participants who are unable to verify the original photo taken by their mobile phone will be disqualified.

【Judging Criteria】
Jurors will score according to the following criteria: Theme Fitting, Aesthetic Impression, Creativity, Techniques and Composition

【Prizes】 · Individual Prizes for each group
· Winner of the Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up will receive Trophy and Certificate.
·【QPMN】sponsors a box of Artwork Puzzle (285 pieces)
·【TUTUMOMO】sponsors one of the champion winners will receive a bedding set printed with the award-winning artwork (valued at HK$2,300, including 2 pillow bags, 1 bed sheet and 1 duvet cover). The remaining top three winners will receive a personal artwork cushion.
·【THANN】Thai-style luxury spa and products sponsors a cash coupon to all top three winners of each group (valued at HK$200).
· All participants will receive a participation certificate
· Gold Award (5%), Silver Award (15%) and Bronze Award (25%) will receive Medal and Certificate.
· The top 3 winning artworks will be exhibited in the【ROBLOX】Metaverse Virtual Gallery. Participants can invite their friends to visit together and vote their favorite artwork

【Payment Method】

Please input participants’ name into “Remark” during payment process and retain a copy of the transaction record (with transaction code). Please upload the transaction record during submission of the “Online Application Form” or send the cheque/transaction record along with the artwork by filling the Application Form downloaded from our website.

   Please enter paypal.me/HKAEA in a web browser and to complete the entry fee payment. Please input participants’ name into “Remark” during payment process and retain a copy of the transaction record (with transaction code). 3. 3.Cheque
   Please submit the crossed cheque along with the artworks. Crossed cheque should be made payable to “Hong Kong Art Exchange Association Limited” with participants’ name written at the back. Dated cheque and cash are not accepted.

【Individual Application】
· Must register as an individual member (Membership Fee: Free)
· Visit website for Online Application and finish payment.
· After completing the registration process, the system will automatically issue the entry number.
· For painting competition, please download the "Artwork Label" and stick on the back of the artwork. Mail or deliver the original artwork to the office of Hong Kong Art Exchange Association. Address: 307A, 3/F, Block B, Chung Mei Centre, 15 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

【School/Art Centre/Institution Group Application】
· Must register as an organization member (Membership Fee: $500/year)
· 10% off for competition enrolment fee
· After completing the registration process, the system will automatically issue the entry number. · For painting competition, please download the "Artwork Label" and stick on the back of the artwork. Mail or deliver the original artwork to the office of Hong Kong Art Exchange Association. Address: 307A, 3/F, Block B, Chung Mei Centre, 15 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

【Return of Artwork】
Return of artwork will be arranged by the Organizer after the exhibition. No additional charges to collect artwork from HKAEA designated point.
Delivery fee will be borne by the Participant/School/Art Centre/Institution through delivery courier. Details of arrangement will be announced later.

【Terms and conditions】

1. One (1) entry is allowed per eligible participant for painting competition and three (3) entries are allowed mobile photography competition only. The first submitted artwork will be assessed.
   
2. Participant information will be used for Certificates/Medals/Trophies (if any), please make sure the submitted name is correct. Please note that HKD$80 administration fee will be charged if there is any amendment required.
   
3. If participant participates through School/Art Centre/Institution, all communication will be made through respective School/Art Centre/Institution instead of participant.
   
4. HKAEA will not be responsible for any loss of documents or artworks due to mail delivery error or problem.
   
5. By submitting the artwork under the applicable rules and regulations, all applicants have granted an unconditional license of the copyright of all submitted entries to HKAEA. Submitted artworks will be used for the promotion, publication, printing, etc. HKAEA will not provide any notice or compensation to the participants on the use of the artworks or relevant copyrights.
   
6. HKAEA reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the terms and conditions and/or arrangements of the competition without further notice.
